Premier global nutrition provider ADM has shown interest in Sojaprotein

Bečej, 26 July 2021 – ADM, a premier global nutrition provider and agribusiness, has shown interest in Sojaprotein, one of the most important non-GMO soybean processing plants in Europe. The purchase agreement was signed on today with the Parent Victoria Group under whose auspices Sojaprotein operates, and the completion of the transaction is expected after obtaining the approval of regulatory bodies.

Victoria Group awarded for successes in the export of soy and sunflower meal

Companies with the best achievements in the export of agricultural products were awarded by the association “Žita Srbije” (“Association Serbia Grains”) in the framework of “Seed Day”, organized within the International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad on May 17. Victoria Group was awarded for its successes in the export of soy and sunflower meal. The award was handed to Mladen Jovanović, General Manager at Victoria Logistic, a Victoria Group member company.

Victoria Group supports “Battle for Knowledge”

After the “Battle for the Babies” (“Bitka za bebe”), Fund B92 is organizing a national educational program “Battle for Knowledge” (“Bitka za znanje”) aimed at primary school children. Victoria Group supported this program as well and gave its contribution by donating teaching tools for KODigranje (Code-Play), the first project within the “Battle for Knowledge”.

Quality Soybean: From Science to Practice

On March 21 and 22, the fourth workshop within the “GMO-free Quality Soybean From the Danube Region” project of the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) was held in Novi Sad. The topic was “The Transfer of Knowledge from Science to Practice as an Instrument for Achieving Economically, Ecologically and Socially Sustainable GMO-free Soybean Production”.

The processing industry is the second most common sector after the commercial sector, and it generates nearly a quarter of the total business income within the group of 100 best ranked companies.

Victoria Group on their ten-year experience of using RES at the biomass conference

The international conference SEE ENERGY - Connect&Supply 2016 organized by SERBIO, the National Agency for Biomass, was held on November 15 and 16 in Novi Sad, with the goal of promoting the use of biomass for thermal energy production and the networking of all actors involved in the renewable energy sources (RES) sector.
