The company Victoria Group has entered The Foreign Investors Council (FIC), independent business association that gathers around 130 foreign companies operating in Serbia, established to actively promote development of the business environment through open dialogue with the Authorities and other relevant stakeholders. The main goal of the association is to influence the improvement of business climate in Serbia by making concrete reform proposals.

Company Victoria Group and Clinical Centre of Serbia have signed today the Contract for donation in the amount of 200.000 euros for renovation of the Department for Urgent Urology within Urgent Care Centre of Clinical Centre of Serbia. This donation will provide considerable improvement of sanitary and technical conditions, application of new technological processes, as well as the revitalization of old installations in the Department for Urgent Urology.

On the ceremony announcing the best athletes of Paralympic Committee of Serbia, held in Belgrade on February, 6th, 2013, Victoria Group was presented with a special award for contributing to the development of Paralympic sport in Serbia. Together with its member, Veterinarski zavod Subotica, the company provided financial aid for the preparations for Paralympic games 2012 in London, where our athletes Tanja Dragić i Željko Dimitrijević won gold medals.

On the sixth annual meeting  of Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) new management was elected, gathering well-recognized businessmen from Serbia. They will lead  Serbian Association of Managers for the next two years, focusing on economic development, cooperation with other business associations from the region and Europe, and establishing partnerships within SAM. Together with new president, Milan Petrović, and vicepresident, Bojan Radun, there were elected new members of Managing Board with Zoran Mitrović, General Manager of Victoria Group, as one of them.

Victoria Group has been a major partner of this year's Third International Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility "CSR Forum" held on 11th December in Belgrade.

CSR Forum visitors had the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in the field of corporate social responsibility and to share experiences with directors of multinational and local companies and representatives of business, government, diplomatic missions and international organizations.

Following the unanimous vote of the Business Leaders Forum Serbia, Victoria Group became a member of this association, working in accordance with the principles of social responsibility in all areas of its business. The award was handed out to Victoria Group in a ceremony in Belgrade at the end of November, and in addition was awarded to the companies, Nestle Adriatic, Titan Cement plant Kosjerić and Mercator-S.

Victoria Group has become a member of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), one of the largest and most influential business associations in Serbia.

AmCham Association gathers over 150 multinational and domestic companies focused on key issues for improving the business environment, sharing knowledge and experiences and the promotion of best practices in order to implement positive changes that will benefit not only  the members of the Chamber of Commerce but also the Serbian economy as a whole.

The Japanese Ambassador to Serbia, Toshio Cunazaki, visited the company and the city Sojaprotein Bečej on Friday, 2nd November 2012, when he opened an exhibition of Japanese prints in Bečej's town Museum.
The first visit of His Excellency the Ambassador of Japan to Becej was also an opportunity to discuss economic cooperation, for which purpose the only business chosen for a visit by this distinguished guest was Sojaprotein.

Victoria Group, represented by its General Manager, Zoran Mitrovic, took part in the Third International Conference of Food Industries FMCG & Retail, which took place on 16-18th October in Belgrade. Victoria Group's CEO participated in the panel, "Area of supply Black Sea-Danube in connection with demand in the Mediterranean", which was opened by a representative of the Agribusiness team of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Miljan Ždrale.

Victoria Group received an appreciation plaque for its contribution to the humanitarian action, "Magični doručak" ("Magical Breakfast"), on Friday, 19/10/2012. The action was organized by the "Food Bank" and its purpose was to collect food for daily meals in 32 schools in Serbia for children with special needs. Joining the many non-governmental organizations and private companies that have supported this action, Victoria Group has donated funds for feeding over 4200 pupils in Serbia.
